Assistant Chief Steve Rhodes of the Wilder Fire District accepts an animal resuscitation kit (a pet friendly oxygen mask) from Parma's Alan Williams. The Parma couple Alan and Barbara Williams recently donated kits to all the area Fire Departments which completes the mission of "The Dog House" owner Linda Inez, which was started in 2008. Through their generosity now First responders can save the lives of cats and dogs by reviving them when rescued from a fire.
